There are two areas to check if the product/services column does not appear on the invoice:
- Go to the Settings cog, then Account and Settings. Select Sales, then Products and Services and ensure Show Product/Service column on sales forms is On.
- Go to Settings, then Custom Form Styles. Select Edit on the template, then Content. Select the middle section of the invoice, and ensure Product/Service is ticked, then select Done.
It's also important to check you are using the same invoice template as you are editing. When creating an invoice, select Customise down the bottom and ensure the correct template is selected.
