Purchase order apps

What kind of business do you run?

Its  a pest control business. 

We only need the purchase orders for supplies we order, we don't sell items.

There are multiple third party apps you can choose from and which you can integrate with QuickBooks Online. You can either go to Apps tab in QuickBooks or go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. You may enter purchase order on the search box and it will show you the lists of apps you can choose from. Select an app to see more details and if it matches with your business needs.

Explore this field service app to integrate with your QBO account. You will be able to manage your managers and their team members to complete their jobs including creating PO for their supplies. You don't need to give them any access to your QBO account.
