Please help ASAP. My customers are unable to view or download their invoices from QBSE. I have issued three different invoices with the same negative result. They just recieve a grey blurred screen when clicking "view" or "Download" from their inbox links.

Sorry to hear about your experience.
I just send myself a dummy invoice from my test QBSE, and I was able to view or download the invoice. Do you mind if I ask if the three invoices were for the same customer of yours as it might got something to do with their browser settings. I would also suggest you to send yourself a dummy invoice and see if you can replicate your customer's experience.
