Removing OneSaas

Does anyone know how to remove the OneSaas app?

Have tried doing this via the 'my apps' and also 'profile' pages, yet this will not disconnect nor remove. Any ideas??

Re: Removing OneSaas

I have another way of disconnecting the OneSaas app, ML2017.

Aside from disconnecting the app inside QuickBooks Online, you can also follow these steps:

  1. Go to and log in.
  2. Click the drop-down beside your username and choose My Apps.
  3. Select the company with the app you'd like to disconnect (if you have multiple QuickBooks Online companies).
  4. Hit Disconnect under the app you'd like to remove.

Click Reply and post your comment if you have other concerns. Have a great day!

Re: Removing OneSaas

Hi Alex, thank you for your reply. However we tried this several times.

Keeps asking me to login.  Very frustrating.

Re: Removing OneSaas

We want to get to the bottom of this just as much as you do, ML2017.

I tried to access the site on my end, and it asked me to log in once. Let's check to see if this is a browser issue. Use a private browser and access the site from there. Try also to disconnect the app from your QuickBooks Online account using the private browser. If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing the cache will optimize the browser performance and resolve browser issues.

Also, try to use other browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer. If the same thing happens after performing the troubleshooting steps, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team to help you on disconnecting the app.

  1. In the QuickBooks Online, go to the Help icon and select Contact us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  3. Select Continue.

Please let me know if you have other concerns.
