While making timesheet on behalf of employee I mistakenly added wrong work type and processed timesheet, Now realised it is not correct. Can I edit an approved timesheet?

While making timesheet on behalf of employee I mistakenly added wrong work type and processed timesheet, Now realised it is not correct. Can I edit an approved timesheet?

Hi believe-care-ser, 

 

Thank you for reaching out. While you won't be able to edit an Approved timesheet you can undo the approval to then delete the timesheet and re-enter it: 

 

  • Navigate to Employees 
  • Select Manage Employees > Approve Timesheets 
  • Select applicable timesheets and Undo or Reject
  • Then Delete 
  • You will then be able to create a new timesheet with the correct information.
