I had payment details in my "Massage to customers" box but now QBO has a field for that. But in the new style of invoices that massage is hard coded showing up as a double on my invoice. Looks every unprofessional.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @cprmaintenance4870. Whatever is set in the Message to customers box determines what shows on your transaction email.
Since the old payment message is showing alongside the new payment details, let’s review your template to ensure there’s no lingering text causing this duplication.
To ensure that your template isn't corrupted, I recommend creating a new one. Once you've done that, let's generate a brand new test transaction and see if the duplicate message is gone.
