Hi anthony-saul53,

We do our best to customise the product locally based on region needs. I.E. the GST Center and our Payroll tab to name a few. Otherwise the platform is created to satisfy customers globally, and the more widely available reports such as Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, Accounts Receivable Ageing, etc. aren't modified in that regard.

You can however rearrange columns, rows, headers, filters, and customise your reports such as Balance Sheet to the data and format you need. Please take a look at how you can do this here: Customise your reports in QuickBooks Online; Give customising your reports a go, and respond here with any questions you have.
