One of the reasons the program isn’t displaying those invoices is due to the filter. To resolve this, we’ll need to adjust the Status and Date filters to ensure the invoices are displayed more easily and efficiently.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to All apps, select Sales & Get Paid, then choose Invoices.

- Pick the appropriate status and dates from the Status and Date dropdown.
- Click the small Gear icon next to the ACTION column and adjust the number of rows to display more outstanding invoices.
