Why is my iPhone app not working? Mine and my bosses are not working but they are working online? We cannot login on the phone app.

Why is my iPhone app not working? Mine and my bosses are not working but they are working online? We cannot login on the phone app.

Hi andrew40,

 

Let's reset your app to clear your QuickBooks app cache. This will help delete your app's history and cookies and fixes any issues. Let me guide you how.

  1. Launch the Settings app from your Home screen.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap Background App Refresh.
  4. Toggle Background App Refresh switch to the right of the app for which you wish to disable it to off.

Once done, try accessing your app again.

 

If you're getting the same results, you'll want uninstall and re-install the app.

  1. In you Home screen, press and hold the QuickBooks app.
  2. Click the X icon.
  3. Click Delete.
