Why the bank data feed takes a long time?

Since changing the new method, I thought it was a daily process of datafeed however takes a week later. This is very inefficient?

Transactions coming through Direct Feed shouldn't be taking a week to arrive to your QuickBooks for any bank - it's best to contact our Support Team to investigate this one further, especially if this isn't the first time that it's doing this.
