Can i change location, it has me as being in australia i need to switch to united states

Are you trying to change the country of your QuickBooks Online subscription? If yes, you may need to set up a new account as the account’s region is set by the region’s website in which the subscription was made. 

Here's how to set up a new account: 

1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Choose the country you want to subscribe to.
3. Select whether to Buy now or Try it for 30-days and choose the subscription you would like to avail. 
4. Then select Adding a company to an existing account? Sign in if you would like to use the same login credentials. 
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the account.
