We have advised our default provider and instructed her to go to their website to join, but she hasn't provided a super membership number. I need to process the pay run today for all staff. Can I process the payrun with her on it an add her super member details in later?

Are you referring to the Superannuation? If so, yes you can process the employee’s pay run without having this details and add it later once it’s available.
