In the meantime, please note that this error can also occur if a staff member is set to electronic payroll before their BSB and account information have been entered. Setting employees to electronic payments without entering their BSB details will automatically trigger the "Employee Identity Not Verified" status.
To resolve this, please ensure the employee's BSB details have been correctly entered in their profile. By doing this, your employee will be correctly linked for electronic payments, allowing you to include them in your next pay run without errors.
