I've run my QuickBooks Online account, then open the employee folder and it seems to be fine. I've also checked this issue here in our system and we have not received any reports of a similar issue about this.
To verify if this behavior you've experienced is due to a browser-related issue. I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a Private browsing window.
You can use below keyboard shortcuts:
Upon checking the previously recorded payments, be sure to sort the correct date. If it works, to ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using.
Once the private browser is open, try to open the employee folder again.
