Hi, I subscribed QuickBook Essentials from Dec 20. At the time when we joined, it included 7 staff payroll. But why it now change to charge us $4.95/person/month?

Hi usersteve,

 

I would like to provide you with some more clarification on this topic.

 

Starting 1st April 2020, you will need to pay an additional cost of $5.00/month for every employee you pay, plus $10.00/month for Advanced Payroll. 

 

This change will allow us to continue to invest in new features that will mean less admin for you and your clients.

 

Recent updates include QuickBooks Cash Flow, receipt capture and jobkeeper payroll updates. For a full list of updates please view our product roadmap.

 

From now on that means no more KeyPay bills or KeyPay payments—just one simple bill from QuickBooks.

 

I hope this shines more light on what you were looking for.
