How are annual leaves getting accrued to casual employees on our account?

Hello there, Saura.


Casual employees may accrue annual leave in the system if their assigned leave allowances template includes annual leave entitlements or if no specific leave allowance template is assigned under their profile. To ensure this is set up correctly, you can review and update their leave settings using the steps below:
 

  1. Go to the Employees tab in Payroll.
  2. Select the Employee’s name.employees.png
  3. Click on Leave Allowances from the menu under their profile.
  4. Verify the template applied under Apply the following Leave Allowances Template.

    • If No Leave Allowance Template is assigned, select the dropdown and choose the appropriate template for casual employees to ensure no annual leave accruals.
    • If a leave template is applied that includes annual leave accruals, change it to a template specifically designed for casual employees.

  5.  Click Save to finalize the setup.
