I understand that it's somewhat inconvenient when a simple setting, such as the work week start day, won't save. Let's figure out why QuickBooks doesn't allow the change from Sunday to Monday.
When you click Save, do you receive an error message, or does the setting revert to Sunday? A screenshot of any prompts you see would be greatly appreciated.
We can also consider changing the Work week from the Payroll settings. Here's how:
- Head over to Settings and choose Payroll settings.
- Scroll down until you find the Portal Settings section.
- Look for the dropdown menu for the Work week and change it.
- Make sure you click Save.
