how do i fix up a payrun that has paid an employee incorrectly

You can delete a paycheck if the payroll status is not yet processed in QuickBooks, aride4.

 

Depending on your processing time, you may have the option to edit, delete, or void paychecks. If the paychecks have not yet been processed, you can remove them from your QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBO Payroll) account by following these steps:

 

  1. Navigate Payroll, then click on Employees.
  2. Select the Paycheck list.
  3. Select the paycheck(s) you would like to proceed with, then choose either Delete or Void.

 

If the previous steps do not resolve your issue, please contact our Payroll support team. They will be able to access your account securely and assist you with deleting or voiding the paychecks. They will set up your account in a secure place and help you delete or void the paychecks.
