How do I reset annual leave balance and have it start calculating from a particular date? (existing employee but annual leave had previously been calculated manually)

Hi nmcpl,

 

Thanks for your enquiry.

 

You are able to adjust the leave balance for any type of leave within the actual pay run.

 

First create the pay run, then select the name of the employee you wish to adjust the leave for.

 

Then select the Actions button and select Adjust Leave.

 

From there you are to select the type of leave you wish to adjust, put in a positive number in the units box to increase or a negative number to decrease the amount of leave.

 

Once you are finished you may select Recalculate and then you are able to finalise the pay run. This will update the amount of leave you have chosen to adjust for the specific employee/s.
