How do I update my Super Rate to a higher rate?

In order to set the super rates to a new amount please follow the steps below:

A.   Confirm the Primary Pay Category that the employee is using.

1.   Go to employees tab on the left hand side.
2.   Click on one of the employee’s name.
3.   Check on the employee's Pay Run Defaults and confirm the Primary Pay Category.

B.   Update the employee’s super rate.

1.   Select Payroll Settings.
2.   Under Pay Run Settings choose Pay Categories.
4.      From here locate the pay categories you use and click on to the category name.
5.      Under Super Rate you can override the 9.5%.
6.      Click Save.

Note: Should you need to add more pay categories please make sure that the appropriate super rate is added since it will default to 9.5%.
