Let me help you run the Balance Sheet report to show the total liabilities data, docca61-gmail-co.
The report calculates how much your business is worth (your business's equity) by subtracting all the money your company owes (liabilities) from everything it owns (assets). To show the total liabilities, we'll need to go to the Liabilities and Equity section. Then, click the drop-down arrow and you'll see the Liabilities tab. From there, tap it and it will show you the Total Liabilities column.
If the same thing happens after performing the steps, try signing in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or incognito window. This helps us confirm browser-related issues since this mode doesn't use the existing cache data. Let m show you how:

Some factors affect why it doesn't match. To gather the complete details, I would recommend checking it here: What is a Balance Sheet report?.
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Removing this should fix the issue since the overtime collection of data can create corruption. We can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
