I have done correction to payroll jobkeepers. HOW DO I GET THIS NEW INFO TO THE ATO? the changes have been done how do I let the ATO know???
If you have recently made changes to existing pay runs and they are now finalised, to relay this new payroll data to the ATO you will be looking at running a Update Event. To get this done please follow the steps below
When in the Employees tab select Reports
Then on the right-hand side select Single Touch Payroll
In the correct financial year, in the top right you will see the option to create Update Event
This will bring a up a new screen with all the employees and their current/or amended year to date figures.
By lodging with the ATO your changes you made to JobKeeper info will also be sent and can be visible in the Allowances column.
