There are multiple reports you can run in your payroll account. One report you can run to check the hours to deduct is the Leave Balances report. Here's how:
- Click on the Employees tab.
- Click on Reports.
- Click Leave Balances under Payroll column.
- Set the fields and click Run report.
Another area you can check is by going to the Employee details and click on Leave balances. Here's how to check:
- Click on the Employees tab.
- Click on the employee list and select the employee name.
- Click on Leave balances.
You'll be able to see the leave taken and leave balance of the employee from there.
