Thanks for reporting the unexpected behavior you've encountered when trying to lodge the pay event to the ATO. The incident has been raised with our payroll partner team for further investigation.
In the meantime, here's a work around on how you can lodged the pay event to the ATO:
- Close the Pay Event page.
- Go back to the Employees tab.
- Click on Reports tab in Employee dashboard.
- Click on Single Touch Payroll.
- Locate and click on the Pay Event ID.
- Click on Lodge to the ATO button.
Once done, check if the pay event is showing submitted status. If the issue persists, we'd recommend contacting our Payroll Customer Care Team for further checking on your payroll account.
