Hi, suresh. Do you get an error message when trying to access the payroll page? If so, what does it say? Or, does the page fail to load?

Additionally, make sure payroll subscription is still active. To check it, just go the gear icon, then Subscription and billing. Note that payroll can't be access using incognito mode or when third -party cookies are blocked.
