Hi tanya-hazelden,
You can edit the name of the Pay Category from the Payroll Settings and this will not affect the current accruals. To do this:
-Select Employees and navigate to Payroll Settings
-Click on Pay Categories in the Pay Run Settings
-Locate Personal/Carer's Leave and edit the Name
-Save
The category name will be updated throughout the system.
