Both the type of working hours and leave entitlements will have to be changed separately, as these are not linked.
So once you successfully change the primary pay category you must then go into Leave Allowances and make your changes there.
You are able to select Leave Allowance Templates or just configure the leave entitlements by yourself to select what kind of leave you want the employee to accrue.
