We understand this is an extremely frustrating issue that has been dragging on.
The investigation is still ongoing and our engineers continue to work with Greater Bank on a solution. There is no time period given as to when a solution can be implemented.
In the mean while I would suggest using the manual upload feature to use a CSV file to upload your bank transactions.
I know this is extremely inconvenient and we apologise for the frustrations that this has caused.
