My Pay Run is stuck doing calculations and I cannot stop it or finish it. I get a message to wait but given there are only 2 employees, this seems excessive.

I get this message: The pay run is taking longer than expected to complete its calculations. You can either Wait a bit longer Return to the pay run list (the calculations will continue) If this issue persists, please contact support for assistance. Is there a way to remove it and start again?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you please tell me at what point of processing your payroll did this message come up?

 

You could try logging out and then logging back in to see if the message goes away and if you're then able to complete the payroll.

 

If the issue still persists then I would suggest logging into QuickBooks via an incognito window on Chrome or private window for Firefox.

 

Definitely let us know how you go with this.
