Hi there, Support95. Allowing someone access to your QuickBooks Payroll reports depends on whether you want them to have full access to your financial records or only a view-only glimpse of the information.
To get started, you can assign them a user role that best fits their needs. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear Icon ⚙, then select Manage users.
- Click Add user, then enter their personal information.
- In the Assign Roles ▼ dropdown, choose the appropriate role.
- Review the permissions associated with this role. You can expand each section for details.
- Click Send invitation.
If needed, you can create and customize a new role. Alternatively, if the person is your CPA or a professional bookkeeper, consider adding them as an In-house Accountant.
