Anyone else not able to save changes in pay runs today?

We'd recommend signing in to your QuickBooks account using a different browser like Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox and attempting to save the pay run.

If the issue persists, let's access your QuickBooks account using a new incognito window. Here's how:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, access your QuickBooks Online account and attempt to save the pay run. If this works, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache and cookies.

I have tried clearing cache and cookies, and logging incognito but still can't save my pay run.  I've logged in several times.

Since the issue persists after clearing your browser's cache, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, we can pull up your account in a secure environment and help check the cause of the problem.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Click the Search tab.
3. Press Contact Us at the bottom part. 
4. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
5. Click Continue.
6. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
