Hi,
Thanks for responding. I signed in and out several times before my initial post.
It appeared to be a communication error with "save" timing out.
While waiting for a response I tried again and it suddenly saved changes to hours worked and allowed me to finalize the pay run.
Have a good day
Hi calenhotel2020-g,
Thanks for reporting the unexpected behavior you've encountered when trying to save your pay run. The behavior you've encountered has been reported to our senior product specialist for further investigation. In the meantime, let's perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate the situation.
We'd recommend signing in to your QuickBooks account using a different browser like Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox and attempting to save the pay run.
If the issue persists, let's access your QuickBooks account using a new incognito window. Here's how:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Then, access your QuickBooks Online account and attempt to save the pay run. If this works, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache and cookies.
Feel free to reply to this thread if you need more help. I'm here to keep helping you.
