If a new employee is setup and accepted why won't ato accept?

Hi jj-bryers,

 

Could you please provide some more detail on the issue you are experiencing so we can more effectively troubleshoot this with you? As an example, are you trying to lodge a pay run or pay event using Single Touch Payroll and seeing an error? Do you see a validation warning for the employee when lodging a pay run? If you can provide the specific information on the error or so on we will know how best to assist.
