Superannuation Report to be Exported in OnePath Super.

Please show me how to run super contribution report and export it for OnePath Super. And also, What are the other download options for super contribution, please name it.

Superannuation Report to be Exported in OnePath Super.

You can access the Super Contributions Report by following the steps below:

 

1. From the payroll dashboard select Reports.
2. Access Super contributions Reports.
3. Select the date range.
4. Select Pay Schedule.
5. Select the Employing Entity.
6. Select Location
7. You can also select to show specific employee or all employees.
8.Select the super contribution type.
9. Group them by employee or super fund.
10. You are then able to display the results in a number of ways (Expand all, Collapse all, Show all employees)
11. Download the report for specific superannuation fund.
12. Save the report on your computer.

 

Please note: The CSV should not be opened prior to importing to the relevant clearing house in order to avoid formatting changes and therefore potential import issues with the clearing house.
