Hi michael-green,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
The BAS due date you're seeing in QuickBooks Online is based on the due date set by the ATO for your business. If you're lodging as a BAS agent and your lodgment obligation is quarterly. your BAS due date will be 25 August 2023. It would be advisable to reach out to the ATO directly or consult with a tax professional to clarify the correct deadline for your specific situation. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information based on the latest regulations and any potential updates.
For more information, you may check these ATO articles:

So when Quickbooks flashed up a banner this morning that said my BAS was due on the 28th July THAT WAS A QUICK BOOKS BUG THEN ??
Hi michael-green,
It's not really a bug with the BAS due date shown in QuickBooks Online. If customers are using third party software in lodging BAS, the BAS due date will show differently with what the ATO has, this is to give customers extra time to be able to review and lodge their BAS statements.
If you still have questions about the BAS due date, I would recommend also checking in with the ATO or your BAS agent.
Keep me posted if you have other QuickBooks Online concerns or questions. I'll get back to help you the best that I can.
