While we are not able to give specific advice on where to categorise your employee wages to it may be best to check where the Payroll Journals are routing to and match it to this. To do this:
-Navigate to the Employee section
-Select Payroll Settings and click on Chart of Accounts
-Open the Default Accounts and see what account your Payment Account is set to
This is where QuickBooks is expecting your Payment to be made from.
If your Default Accounts are not set up please see here for information on how to do so.
