We saw this issue a while a go and boiled it down to the browser's display being zoomed in, hiding the finalise button from the screen. Please try the below work around to finalise the pay run:
If this doesn't work I would encourage you also to try a browser troubleshoot through the steps here which includes trying a different browser. Of course if the issue persist please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support staff by clicking here.
