Hello, @centralcoastcare.

Depending on the payroll subscription you're using, you can create a new pay rate for this employee so in the pay run which the change take place.

Here's how:

  1. Open the employee that you wish to add the earnings line to.
  2. Click on their name in list of employees in the pay run to expand their pay run details.
  3. From the "Actions" button in the bottom right corner click "Add Earnings".mceclip0.png
  4. This will add an earnings line which is pre-filled with the employee's primary pay category.
  5. For this earnings line you can enter the:
    • Pay Category (required)
    • Location
    • Notes
    • Units (hours / days / units)
    • Rate
  6. Once you have entered the details for the earnings line, click "Save".
