Hi Zoe, are you sure? ABNs are traditionally 11 digits: https://www.business.gov.au/registrations/register-for-an-australian-business-number-abn

Did you instead have a WPN?

i have the company constitition in front of me and it says A.C.N. on it

Is it possible that you could have both and ABN and an ACN?
