Trying to set up payroll, but when I select Employees, the screen goes blank. I have a payroll subscription. Can anyone help?

Hi socalgirlinoz,

 

To access the Employees tab you'll need to enable third party cookies on your browser. Here's how: 

 

Safari

  1. Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab and under the Cookies and website data section, ensure the Block all cookies and the Prevent cross-site tracking option is not selected. 

Chrome

  1. From the menu, click Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen and click Show advanced settings.
  3. Under the Privacy header, click the Content Settings button.
  4. Under the Cookies section, ensure the Block third-party cookies and site data option is not ticked.
