Hello,winkedcosmeticta.

Allowing cookies for QuickBooks Online helps save time as there is no need to re-enter your information on your next visit.

You can follow the steps below to accept cookies in Safari:

  1. Select the Safari menu, then Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences window, select Privacy.
  3. In the Block Cookies section, select From third parties and advertisers Never.
  4. Close the preferences window.

After that, you can try to access the Employees' tab again. To learn more about cache and cookies in QuickBooks Online, see this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

I'll be around to help if you need additional assistance. Have a good one.

I continue to have issues viewing employees data in Safari (latest version) using Quickbooks. All that comes up is a blank screen: screenshot attached. Cookies are not blocked, nor are popups. Do you know what is causing this?

Hello @Octopus200,

Let's perform a few browser troubleshooting steps so you can get rid of the blank screen and open your employee's profile successfully.

To start with, let's consider logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser so we can isolate this issue. You can do so by tapping the following shortcut keys on your keyboard: Command Option P.

If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser app instead.

Additionally, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Help Articles for QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Thanks @JonpriL Clearing the cache doesn't work. I assume that mine is not an isolated case. So now I have to use Chrome to access Quickbooks online. Annoying, but workable.
