Will terminating an employee on the payrun delete all previous amounts paid to that employee?

Hi kayjanow1,

 

The simple answer is no, everything that has been paid out to that employee in the past is now historically archived on your file. 

 

On the pay run which you wish to terminate the employee, be sure to select the termination date as the very last day of the pay run and include all necessary pays, leave and other elements for the specific employee.

 

This will ensure everything that the employee is entitled to is given to them before they are terminated from the company and no longer eligible for future pay runs.
