With the Job Keeper Payment, will there be a way to exclude this from our TOTAL WAGES paid for the year when it comes time to report WAGES to our WORKERS COMP INSURANCE

Hi lismoretenpin,

This article will walk you through how to manage the JobKeeper payments. It involves creating a new pay category so you can record what the employee's normal earnings are (if any), and what amount comes from the JobKeeper payment.

I may need more information from you as far as understanding what you mean by excluding it when reporting wages to your Workers Comp Insurance. How do you normally report your wages to them? Following the steps in the article and creating a new pay category will separate the earnings - you could then run a report such as the Ordinary Time Earnings report to see a detailed breakdown.

Please feel free to reply if you have further questions, I'm here to help.
