Connecting to your client's QuickBooks Online account is essential so you can get your bookkeeping work done. If you're having trouble connecting to the client's account because of a missing tab, there may be a browser-related issue happening. I'll explain some steps you can take in order to resolve this. 

 

The first step is to try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up and cause bugs, latency, and errors in your QBO account. Here's how to clear them depending on your browser type: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? 

If the issue persists, try using a private window in Google Chrome. Incognito Mode is a private window that runs separately from the rest of the browser.
