How to access customer support
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select (?) Help.
- In the Assistant tab, select the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions. For more on how to use the Digital Assistant, see this article.
- If you can't find what you're seeking within the Digital Assistant, switch to the Search tab and select Contact Us to connect with a live Support expert.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat available M-F, 8 AM to 9 PM ET; SAT, 9 AM to 6 PM ET
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
- Request a Callback. Available M-F, 9 AM to 8 PM ET
