Data Services fees without a QuickBooks Care Plan

  • Assisted Data Conversion- N/A
  • QuickBooks Data Recovery- $300.00 per file
  • Password Removal - $79.99 per file

Data Services fees with a QuickBooks Care Plan

Here’s a list of care plans and which services are covered.

  • Covered: There’s no additional cost under a care plan.
  • Per file Fee: Services aren't covered by the care plan and are subject to a fee per company file.
  • First file is free: The first file is free and each additional files are subject to fees. For example, a customer wants to convert two files. One is free and the other is $50 (2nd file).
  • Unlimited file conversions: The care plan covers an unlimited number of file conversions. The Data Services team has the right to ask the customer to prioritize which file they want to convert first.
