Hi esbyrt,

It's important you're able to sign-in without getting the emails you've described above. Don't worry, I'll help get to the bottom of this so you can continue managing your books with ease.

QuickBooks is designed to help simplify most of the manual tasks related to the accounting side of your business. First, I'd like for you to verify which email you have on your account. You can do this by by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then select Intuit account or Your account.
  3. Verify your email in the Email address section.

Once you've verified the email address, I also recommend contacting our support team so they can take a look at your account and figure out which account is associated with the emails you're getting. Here's our contact info:

  • Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
  • Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.

Give the steps above a try and feel free to keep me posted on how you make out. Otherwise, have a great rest of the week!
