Hi, Omar. If you're trying to upgrade or change your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, there are different ways to upgrade depending on how you initially purchased it.
Please follow the steps below:
Google Play (Android):
- Open a web browser and sign in to your Google Wallet account.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription plan you want to upgrade.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once done, select Save.
App Store (iPhone or iPad):
- Go to your device's Settings menu.
- Select iTunes App Store.
- Choose your Apple ID, then View Apple ID.
- Enter your Apple ID password.
- Under Subscriptions, select Manage.
- Select your QuickBooks Online subscription, then make the necessary changes.
- Once done, select Save.
