Hi there, Morteza. The Description area is flexible. The way you adjust it depends on which screen you're currently using.
If you are filling out a sales form and find the column too narrow, you can resize it manually. Hover your mouse over the vertical line in the column header (right next to the word "Description"). Once your cursor turns into a double-sided arrow, click and drag the line to the right to widen it.
If you are inside the Product/Service information window, you’ll see a small diagonal icon at the lower-right corner of the Description box. Click and drag that corner outward to adjust both the height and the width of the box to your liking.
The steps above will help prevent your text from breaking into so many lines and give you a much clearer view of your data. If you’d like to explore more designs or layout options for your sales forms, you can customize your templates.
