Hi, How do I move my client to my QBOA instead of going separately to my client's Quick books

QuickBooks Online Accountant makes it easy for you to add all your clients to your accounting firm. I'd be happy to show you how to include a client that already has a QBO account into your client's list.

If your client already has a QuickBooks Online account, they first need to send you an accountant invite to start up this process. Here are the full steps.

1. Ask your client to send the invite to the email address you use for your QuickBooks Online Accountant firm.
2. Open the invite email and select the Accept Invitation link.
3. Sign in with your user ID and password.
4. If you have multiple QuickBooks Online Accounting firms, select the one you want to connect your client to.
5. When you accept the invite, QuickBooks connects their account to your firm and adds them to your client list.
