I love that you're a student getting to know the QuickBooks Online program or that you have students that are doing so. Having a discount for the learning period makes sense, and I'd be happy to introduce you to the options when it comes to students learning QuickBooks Online.
At Intuit, we have the Intuit Education Program, which gives academic institutions and their students the opportunity to take advantage of a student deal while learning. I recommend starting with this page to learn more: Intuit Education Canada. For support with a student or academic account, select the Support menu then use the email to get in touch. The phone number takes you to our technical support team, but they won't be able to help with a student subscription.
If you're a student, you can even check in with your teacher to see if this is where they want you to go or if there's a deal they've gotten for the class.
